Q: How can I order medications without seeing a doctor?

A: If you are a customer who knows exactly what you need, then you already know that you don't need to see a doctor. The internet provides a brand new medium for people who want access to authentic medications at great savings, all without the time, hassle and expense of traveling to a doctor's office and having to discuss your personal issues with him.

Q: What is the advantage of ordering from your website rather than purchasing at my regular pharmacy?

A: Besides the huge savings, you have the advantage of privacy. There's just no replacement for ordering in the privacy of your own home. Your privacy is completely safe with us and your information will never be used in any way other than for proper shipment of your orders.

Q: Is there a limit to how many sleeping tablets I can order?

A: Yes, 5 packs ie: 4 plus 1 free per individual order.

Q: How do you send the medication(s) to me?

A: All orders are packaged in a plain white/brown bubble wrapped envelopes with no indication of its contents and then shipped out using first class air postage, which normally takes 4 to 10 working days for U.K and European delivery, 7 to 28 days for the USA and the rest of the world. (Business days do not include weekends and holidays.)

Q:How can you sell these medications at such low prices?

A: We buy from our distributors at huge discounts that are way below the retail price, which allows you to save a large amount of money when you place your order! As we are also based off shore we are also exempt from certain taxes.

Q:Is it safe to order and pay for medications online?

A: Absolutely. If you already know what you are looking for, then you do not need a doctor visit just to get a prescription. If you are not sure what is right for you and have never visited a doctor about your condition, or you are not sure what your condition is, we suggest an initial consultation, just to confirm that the medication you require is right for you and is truly what you need.

Paying for you medication(s) via International Bank Transfer is safe and means we do not process or retain your payment details.

It is the responsibility of the customer to specify a shipping address where they can guarantee secure receipt of their shipment. We are not responsible for loss or theft of shipments after confirmed delivery to the address specified by the customer.

If an incorrect address or other incorrect information is supplied by the customer for shipping and results in additional shipping fees, we reserve the right to separately bill those fees to the customer.

Q:Its been several weeks since my order was supposedly shipped. Did you really send it?

A: We are in business to deliver high quality products at an affordable price.

Remember, despite our best efforts to ship your order in a timely manner, there are two other entities involved in the chain of delivery over whom we have no control: the postal service and Customs authorities. Their performance/interference, or lack thereof, play a significant role in the delivery of your order.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: As a general rule we do not offer refunds. However we will look at each case in its own merit and as it may arise. If the circumstances dictate a refund we may consider a refund as due and you will be refunded in full.
